When it is not worth it yet

If your lab handles fewer than 20 vendor invoices a month, skip matching and automate something else first. If every quote is a genuinely new engineering problem, a pre-filled draft will not save much; start with intake instead.

Care providers should also wait until they know exactly which records hold resident health information. That decides where the workflow may run and who may see it, and it has to be settled before anything is built.
