Google Ads Management for Frisco Businesses
For Frisco pool, outdoor and hospitality businesses whose busy season, event weeks and two-county map all need their own settings.
Your pool company's phone is quiet in February and impossible in June. Your Google Ads budget is the same both months.
That isn't bad luck, and your office isn't dropping leads. The campaign just doesn't know Frisco has seasons. It spends the same in the months when a click turns into a booked build as in the months when you can't take another job.
What we would do first in Frisco
We would set a seasonal budget plan and fix the map. The map is the quick win. Frisco lies about thirty miles north of Dallas in western Collin County, and part of the city sits in eastern Denton County, per the Handbook of Texas. Accounts that target "Collin County" to cover Frisco quietly skip the Denton County side. Neighbors matter too. Prosper, for example, lies up State Highway 289 in west central Collin County (Handbook of Texas). Target Frisco and the neighbors you serve by city and ZIP instead, using Google's location targeting, and check the location report after two weeks.
Frisco has two customer bases
Homeowners. Frisco is on the side of the metro where the building is. A Census Bureau study of metro growth names Celina, which nearly quadrupled in size from 2020 to 2025, as the fastest-growing place in DFW, and says much of the metro's growth happened farthest from the center. New and newer homes bring pools, landscaping, fencing, patios and outdoor lighting. Those are high-ticket jobs that people research before they call.
Visitors and event crowds. Frisco calls itself Sports City USA. The Cowboys, FC Dallas, the PGA of America, the Dallas Stars and the Frisco RoughRiders are all based here. The Cowboys' 91-acre headquarters, The Star, includes the 12,000-seat Ford Center and the Omni Frisco Hotel (Frisco EDC). The PGA of America headquarters opened in 2022 on 660 acres, with two championship courses and a 500-room Omni resort. Visit Frisco notes that Universal Kids Resort opened on July 1, 2026.
Restaurants, salons, rentals and entertainment businesses sell to both groups. The homeowner campaign should reach people who are physically in Frisco. The visitor campaign can use the broader interest setting described in Google's location options, because visitors plan before they arrive.
The Frisco calendar
- Pool and outdoor season. The National Weather Service notes that the average freeze-free period in DFW runs from March to November. Its 100-degree records put the average first 100-degree day on July 1. Pool builders sell in late winter and spring, service companies peak in summer, and both should budget that way.
- Storm season. The same NWS page says severe weather peaks in spring, with large hail somewhere in the Metroplex nearly every year. Roofers and fence companies should have a paused storm campaign ready.
- PGA Championship week. The 2027 PGA Championship runs May 17 to 23 at PGA Frisco. For hospitality and visitor-facing services, plan budgets, hours and ad copy for that week months ahead.
Local Services Ads or Search
For home services, Local Services Ads charge for valid leads instead of clicks, and they tend to suit repair and service calls. Pool builds and outdoor projects usually do better on Search. There, a specific ad such as "custom pool builder, Frisco" can lead to a page with your process, financing and past work. Many Frisco service businesses run both.
A Frisco pool budget, worked through
An illustration, not a forecast, using LocaliQ's 2025 home services benchmarks for pools and spas: $5.81 average cost per click and 10.89% conversion rate.
- $1,500 a month ÷ $5.81 ≈ 258 clicks.
- 258 × 10.89% ≈ 28 leads.
- If 1 in 10 becomes a signed project, that is about 3 builds a month at the peak.
- $1,500 to Google + $300 management = $1,800.
For a builder, one signed pool can pay for many months of this. For a weekly cleaning service the close rate is higher but each job is worth less. Same benchmarks, very different plan.
Today and after
| Today | After |
|---|---|
| "Collin County" targeting that misses part of Frisco | Frisco and nearby cities by ZIP, both counties covered |
| The same budget in February and June | A seasonal plan built on when builds and services actually sell |
| One campaign for residents and visitors | Separate campaigns with different location settings |
| PGA week treated like any other week | Budgets, hours and ads planned for May 17 to 23, 2027 |
When it isn't worth it yet
If you are a builder with a backlog stretching months out, stop spending at the peak and put the money into winter, when people plan next summer's pool. And if your site has no photos of your own work, fix that first. Frisco homeowners compare several builders before they call.
The terms

Frequently asked questions
How much does Google Ads management cost in Frisco?
We charge a flat $300 a month. Ad spend is on top and goes to Google directly from your card, with nothing marked up.
How much do Google Ads cost for a pool company in Frisco?
LocaliQ's 2025 home services benchmarks put pools and spas at an average of $5.81 per click and $45.15 per lead. That is lower than most home services, but it rises when every builder is bidding in spring.
Should Frisco ads include Prosper, Celina and McKinney?
Include them if you serve them well and can get there quickly. Target by ZIP or city and give each one its own bid, so the areas that book best get more of the budget.
What happens to my account if I stop?
Nothing changes hands, because it was always yours. It is built in your name with your billing, and you can leave with 30 days notice.
